Cedar Knoll was the first of these houses to exist on our property. It underwent extensive renovations and down-scaling in the early 1990s. It sleeps six people comfortably, with one bedroom and attached bath downstairs, and two bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. Amenities include wi-fi Internet and tv/dvd player, a modest collection of family movies on dvd, and a healthy selection of puzzles and games for rainy days.

Cedar Knoll is located directly behind Crosswinds and is naturally screened by groves of Hemlock and Cedar. It features a wraparound porch, part of which has been screened in for fresh air dining.

Guests have direct access to our main dock, which must be shared with any guests who might be staying in Crosswinds. The dock is large enough to accommodate one boat per household and also has a sunning area. Guests also have access to the swimming float.

Availability: At this time, we are happy to announce that we are booking Cedar Knoll for the summer of 2026. We currently have only 2 Summer weeks remaining, August 22-29 and August 29-September 5.
